We don't try to fix what isn't broken. We find out what works and do more of it.
As Albert Einstein said, the idea is to keep things simple, but not simpler.
In other words (shifting metaphors), coaching creates frameworks for solutions. The coach creates a frame of thought so the client's goals, solutions, first steps can shine.
