One-on-one Coaching:
I offer life coaching by phone, making it possible to provide service without borders. We'll meet on a weekly basis, generally at the same day and time each week. Included in your month of coaching are emails and "quick calls" between scheduled appointments. These may be used for additional support or to share a win.
The Coaching Sessions:
Once you are clear on the goals that excite and energize you we will:
- Create a custom strategy that will enable you to play to your strengths in all areas of your life
- Establish a realistic time-line for achieving your intentions
- Take on old and new roadblocks as they arise - procrastination, uncertainty, limiting beliefs, etc., so you can play full out and win the games of your life.
Client Responsibility:
Hold true to the coach/client agreements established at the outset of the coaching relationship.
Show up for the coaching calls and get full credit for all of the results you create.

Everything you tell me is held in strict confidence. I adhere to the ICF (International Coach Federation) Code of Ethics.
