Just In Time Coaching
Do issues, situations suddenly arise at work, at home, with colleagues, family, friends that you'd like to resolve a.s.a.p.? Would you like to talk with a coach when your concerns are happening and not have to wait for a scheduled appointment? Our lives can be unpredictable and challenges can occur in cycles, so are our needs for assistance. The intent of JIT is to provide coaching as circumstances dictate. |

Just In Time Coaching is timely, efficient, effective.
The JIT client pays a monthly retainer for a specified amount of time. Calls may range from 5 minutes to 60 minutes. Some issues can be resolved quickly, others may be more involved.
I offer a cost-free telephone conversation to discuss exactly what we do. Fees, policies, procedures for the Just In Time process, as well as any questions or concerns will be addressed in this introductory call. Simply email me to set up an appointment.
Coaching creates frameworks for solutions.
The frame constructed by the coach consists of strengths-based, solution-focused questions, active listening and reinforcing feedback. Like the frame-maker the coach does not create the picture. The coach creates a frame of thought so the client's objectives, solutions, first steps can shine.
