For example:
One of my clients is an aspiring professional opera singer who became totally immobilized by all that he had to do to transform his passion into his full time career.
Another, who is a respected researcher at a university, came to me because his lack of natural organization and time management skills had him going in many different directions at once.
Still another client, a creative, successful entrepreneur, found herself challenged by physical and mental clutter at home. She lived in what could be called a constant state of overwhelm. When she was invited to do something, she would escape by dropping everything and getting out of the house.
Using a step by step and highly customized strategy, the first two individuals are now able to manage themselves and their priorities in a much more cohesive and focused way. With the third client, we devised some unique approaches that enabled her to shift her perspectives and responses so that what needed to be done was much more doable. Her urge to drop everything and escape was significantly reduced. Once free from limiting patterns these individuals were able to create their desired futures and play winnable games.
